6. Appointments & Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Access to Property

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to service areas and disclose any pre-existing damage or concerns before service begins.

8. Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied with our services, please notify us within 48 hours so we may attempt to address the issue. We do not guarantee removal of all stains, odors, or pre-existing damage.

9. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
